The six things people usually want to know, answered straight.

What happens after three months?

Two options. Stay with us — price still locked, we keep running it. Or take it elsewhere — we hand over the code, designs, database export, credentials, and a walkthrough of deploying it yourself. No penalties, no exit fees.

What happens if Construct goes out of business?

You keep everything. We send you a 90-day notice, a final handover package (code, credentials, docs), and free migration help for 30 days. This is in the agreement. Your business doesn't depend on us surviving.

What's the three-month minimum for?

It covers the cost of setting up your site. After three months, you can leave anytime — we hand over everything. Most people stay. The model works because we both want the same thing: your business online and running.

What's the response time if something breaks?

1 business day for non-urgent requests, 4 hours for emergencies (site down, can't take bookings, infrastructure failure) — 7 days a week. Email is the only contact channel; we reply to everything.

Is business email included?

Yes. info@, support@, sales@ — as many as you need, included in your plan. Email is part of running a business, not a paid add-on.

What if I want to cancel?

Email us. After the three-month minimum, we cancel at the end of the current month and hand over everything. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no hassle.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the right circumstances. Full refund if you cancel before we start work, or during the 7-day preview (the work isn't billed until you approve go-live). After go-live within the 3-month minimum, no refund — but you can leave at the end of month 3 with everything. After month 3, cancel anytime, no penalty. Full policy on /agreement.
